details which will be necessary to perfect, and to ensure,

the realization of the objects of the scheme :-

A. It will be necessary for the Government to make

the necessary road rendering the site of the

proposed reservation accessible from the present

public highway.

b.

It will be necessary for the Goverment to erect

a Market on or near the site of the proposed

reservation, the provision of which is an

essential feature of the scheme.

It will be necessary for the Goverment to train

the nullahs in the neighbourhood of the proposed

reservation which expert medical advice consider

necessary to be trained to ensure the health of

the persons residing in the reservation.

d. It will be necessary for a Government Medical

officer to visit the site of the proposed reserva-

tion to report on the scheme of drainage proposed

therefor by Dr.Watson and to approve thereof with

such modifications or alterations as to such

officer may appear desirable.

Your Petitioner would submit for Your Excell en cy' s

consideration that it is essential to the materialization

of the scheme that all possible steps should be taken to

render the proposed area fever-proof as it is vital the

persons residing in the reservation should be assured of

immunity from fever as far as the experience of expert

medical scientists can suggest means to this end.

6. If the scheme meets with Your Excellency's approval,

it will be necessary for its setting on foot and subsequent

carrying out that legislative sanction and powers should
